Depending on the complexity of the infrastructure and the available documentation, the review requires from 2 to 60 hours of engineer and PM working time.
The result: a ready-made roadmap with a time estimate and a prescribed sequence of actions for building the desired infrastructure and carrying out the necessary migrations.
b) Implementation — implementation of the roadmap. According to the agreements, we allocate the necessary number of engineering hours and engage the necessary specialists to complete the roadmap on time. Our PM organizes the work of DevOps engineers, monitors the execution of tasks, and provides reports to the customer.
Result: all tasks of the roadmap completed within the stipulated time. The infrastructure has been created or improved according to the roadmap, and the necessary migrations have been carried out.
